Tauranga Hockey Centenary - Saturday Evening

The Centenary dinner was held on Saturday night at Classic Flyers, Mt Maunganui. Over 120 people attended to enjoy good company, the entertaining stories of our MC Nigel Gregory and insights from Black Stick captain Sam Charlton and Murray Poole who represented Tauranga Hockey from different eras. The Chair of the centenary organising committee, Robin Neal, also thanked our sponsors, including Smith’s City who substantially contributed to the Centenary booklet and weekend as they too are celebrating their centenary.
